In the future, the Earth is covered by water. The human race struggles to survive on dilapidated boats and makeshift floating cities. A drifter becomes caught up in the struggle between the evil Deacon (Hopper) and a child's secret key to a wondrous place called "Dryland".
Rating:
7/10. I'm not a fan of Mad-Max-type movies (to which this is similar), so I can't rave about it. However, it is "watchable", so it gets a 7, however, I wouldn't rush to watch it over and over.
